Bargain-hunters swarmed the quiet morning streets on Saturday as Barnegat held its annual garage sale.
Children and parents roamed local neighborhoods on Saturday morning, looking for new treasures for their gardens, closets and playrooms. East Bay Avenue was jam-packed with foot-traffic on the sidewalks and along the street as 249 homes held their garage sales in the township. Residents trying to sell their homes also benefitted from the town-wide event, attracting potential home-buyers in the crowd.
