An unexpected blizzard,  a sprinkling of the Nutcracker, a pinch of Dickens’ Christmas Carol, stir in a little romance and festive song, top it all off with holiday magic and you get a new tradition called Home for the Holidays, presented by Ocean Professional Theatre Company.

The production features singing, dancing, toys that come alive on their own, and a mystical white-bearded guest who helps make wishes come true and dreams become possibilities.

There will be matinee and evening performances at the Ocean First Theatre Stafford Township Arts Center, 1000 McKinley Ave, Manahawkin, including a 3:30 p.m. show today, Tuesday, Dec. 11.
