This event is being run by the Stafford Township Fire Company and Beach Haven Fire Company jointly as a fundraiser. It is being held at the Holiday Inn who supports the local fire company immensely so we can have a larger venue to accomodate the anticipated turn out to make the fundraiser a success.

Deborah,

Thanks for the update. I was just thinking that given the fashion in which the first responders in Our Greater Community (Stafford Township, Barnegat Light, Beach Haven, Harvey Cedars, Long Beach Township, Ship Bottom and Surf City) always work together it might be nice if this major fund raiser somehow included all of them.

A suggestion, declare this a fundraiser for all of the volunteer responders in Our Greater Community. Have attendees select the organization to which they would like to contribute. They could do this by depositing their tickets or stubs in designated containers and then distribute the proceeds accordingly.

Just a thought.

Peter
