Three Stafford residents were indicted Wednesday by an Ocean County grand jury on theft charges in two separate incidents.
Scott Semchenko was arrested March 9 and accused of stealing more than $500 from a Stafford man, the indictment states. He was released on a summons.
David A. Barone and David M. Rivera were arrested Dec. 4 and accused of stealing numerous guitars from a Stafford man, the indictment states.
Both men are free on $15,000 bail.
