STAFFORD POLICE REPORT: Toms River Woman Charged With Theft From Walmart
Woman allegedly loaded funds onto gift cards and did not pay for them.
A 22-year-old Toms River woman has been arrested for allegedly attempting to shoplift from Walmart using gift cards, Stafford police said.
On Dec. 3, 2012, Marianne L. Dunnkosky was placed under arrest for theft at the Walmart store in Manahawkin.
Dunnkosky, an ex-Walmart employee, allegedly loaded funds onto Walmart gift cards while working at the register and did not pay for them. She then allegedly used the multiple gift cards totaling $700 at the Walmart store in Lacey Township to purchase various items.
She was processed and released on her own recognizance. A required court appearance has been scheduled for Dec. 14 in Stafford Township Municipal Court.

Bad move - but maybe she is on some really hard times and thought she had no where else to turn. It's kind of sad actually. Definitely not an excusable action, but to be so young and think it's ok to do this sucks.
