UPDATE: Stafford Teen Home Safe, Friends Say
Girl, 15, had been missing since Sunday morning
A 15-year-old girl who went missing Sunday after leaving her Stafford Township home to go for a walk is home safe with her family, friends say.
A reader post on this story and posts on the Jersey Shore Hurricane News page on Facebook, which first reported the search for Samantha Budd, said late Monday evening that she was safe and home with her family.
The Barnegat Patch is seeking additional information from the Stafford police and will publish it as further information becomes available.

Her Facebook page lists almost 1000 friends. Hopefully, the police are using this resource.

Parents, HOLD your daughter. LOVE your daughter. Thank GOD for her safe return. Spend time alone with her doing things SHE ENJOYS. My daughter and I style each others hair and we TALK, LAUGH and sometimes cry TOGETHER. GOD HAS BLESSED YOUR FAMILY. Your child is home. There are many who are not so lucky.

@M'Linda..., are you kidding hug her and do thngs she enjoys! She ran away from home because, i would bet due to being told "NO!" She need to be punished! Spoiled Brat and the police should sue her and her parents to gte back the money they had to spend on the spoiled little brat!!!!

It is ok to tell your kids that their behavior is not ok...but you need to tell them and show them that you love them no matter what. Geesh John!!

John... You talk a lot on an " I bet" ... If you don't know the story, why make such a stupid comment.. Shows your IQ... As a parent, I'm glad she was found and is home safe, which is what's of real importance..
