Two Manahawkin Men Arrested For Failing To Pay Thousands In Child Support
Both were lodged in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River
Two Manahawkin men were arrested recently for failing to pay thousands of dollars in child support.
Joshua M. Smith, 22, of Bowsprit Road was arrested by sheriff’s officers on an Ocean County Superior Court warrant for failing to pay $10,371 in child support, according to court records.
Smith was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail, pending first appearance.
Samuel Musella, 48, of Crest Avenue was arrested by sheriff’s detectives on an Ocean County Superior Court warrant for failing to pay $3,680 in child support.
Musella was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail, pending first appearance.

That's amazing. I have a daughter in New York State that cannot get any child support from a dead beat Dad that moved to Arizona and the state of New York does nothing about it

@ Jersey Gal, that's ironic b/c I know a dead beat mom that moved to NY 2 years ago, had another kid there and is being taken care of by the state (NY) but hasn't paid ANY child support for her two NJ kids in over 3 years.
