A group of journalists climbed aboard a National Guard truck to tour LBI from Holgate to Barnegat Light today. Here is little of what they saw.

For more photos from my trip to LBI on Saturday to Brant Beach to Surf City see this earlier story.

I feel bad for the people that were struggling, an for everyone that lost all there family memories insurance can't replace. But correct me if I'm wrong, they opened up the beaches only to get the taxpayer to replenish the beaches, then in Sept of this year, wearn't these the same people that "changed their mind" now that the beaches were replenished, and were going to restrict access to the beaches and ocean again? I'm sure their homes were insured an they will rebuild. Maybe if Romney wins the taxpayer can pay the state police to check to make sure you belong to the millionaires club before you can even get on the bridge to the island! I'm sure those of us in Stafford will have to be happy of the pictures if we choose not to go to Ac or Sea side.
