Today is Presidents' Day and most public institutions are closed or on a different schedule.

Formerly known as George Washington's birthday, Presidents' Day is a federal holiday.

Borough Halls in Barnegat and Stafford townships, Ocean County and state government, all branches of the Ocean and Monmouth county libraries and post offices are closed.

The Ocean County Vocational Technical (OCVTS) school district is open on Monday to help make up for "Sandy" days when schools were closed (see attached PDF for full, updated schedule).
