Culinary Arts Career Training

Ocean County Vocational Technical School is now accepting registration for Cuisine on the Green, the exciting new Culinary Arts training program for adults located at the Atlantis Golf Club in Little Egg Harbor.  New classes begin January 30!

Students are trained in all aspects of culinary arts through the operation of the full-service restaurant and catering facility.

The ten-month curriculum includes classroom instruction, hands-on culinary skills training and working internships. Fresh, local, responsible!  The use of locally-sourced foods, responsibly-caught seafood and environmentally-conscious practices are essential elements of this innovative approach to culinary arts training.
