Relocating from NY

Hi we vacation in Lbi & live in Rockland co ny , we have two young daughters 8 &. 2 , I would love some advice about the best school district  , our 8 year old is on an IEP plan inclusion class . Not familiar with the area , so any advice would be great ; we are looking for new construction homes / or fairly new with a pool would be so great !! Hope to make the move next spring !
