With at least four major storms so far this season, both counties have used tons of salt, sand, trucks and manpower.  Ocean County Road Supervisor Tom Curcio says in addition to their regular budget, they have a hefty trust account in case ol’ man winter gets out of hand.

Well maybe with that hefty trust account they can come a little further to Manahawkin and plow.

Hopefully, Barnegat's illustrious township committee cannot bond for snow removal. How pretty it would be to bear eyewitness to David Breeden personally shoveling the sidewalk in front of town hall. Hey, why not!
