So much of the Jersey Shore has recovered since Superstorm Sandy. So much has not.
At Good Luck Point in Berkeley, recovery isn't even considered. Blighted houses dot the landscape here, where shattered glass, yellow tape and torn door frames have replaced families with children who rode their bikes on Good Luck Drive.
