Substantial storm possible next weekend.

The warm, sunny weather that our area enjoyed on Sunday figures to be the last such day we see for at least a week, according to reports from the National Weather Service.

The forecast for the week starts with a high of 37 tonight and a low of just 22. With temperatures at or near freezing there is a chance for a mix of rain and snow today but accumulations are only expected to reach around an inch. Another inch could fall tonight according to the NWS.

Tuesday looks to be another freezing, cold day with a high of just 27 but no more precipitation expected to fall. There is a slight chance of rain for Tuesday night with a low of just 14 degrees.
