At Whispering Hills, buyers looking for immediate occupancy can opt for a specially priced Bayberry spec, which comes with a finished basement, and a long list of upgrades, priced at $240,434. A Bayberry model is also available, offering numerous options including a finished basement with powder room, laminate wood flooring, recessed lights, and granite-top kitchen, specially priced at $239,995. Units are located on Hawthorne Lane. Incentives are subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
