Walters Homes’ pre-Super Bowl sales event on Sunday, January 30 from 12 to 5 p.m. is an opportunity to get a great deal on a new single-family home at Ocean Acres at Barnegat. The event will be held at the sales office located at 57 Nautilus Drive just off Exit 67 of the Garden State Parkway.
As part of the one-day event, prospective homebuyers can sit by the fire and enjoy refreshments while taking advantage of the many valuable incentives being offered on new construction. Buyers who make a deposit during the day of the event will receive a free fireplace at the time of selections.
Bonus incentives also include a free fully finished basement or up to $16,000 in additional options or up to $11,000 in seller concessions. “This sales event is a great opportunity to tour our two fully decorated models and learn about the Energy Efficient Mortgage,” explains Pamela Schuster, marketing and sales manager for Walters Homes. Len Herbert from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage will be on hand to advise new home buyers on how they can qualify for a larger loan amount when purchasing a Walters’ energy-efficient home. Buyers with low credit scores can also learn how they can qualify under new FHA guidelines.
During the event, preview plans for the new Baybreeze, a ranch-style model, will be unveiled. The three-bedroom Baybreeze offers 1,496 square feet of living space plus a full basement starting at $249,995. This spring, construction is expected to get underway on the Baybreeze spec, which includes predetermined options including a finished basement for $253,135. Visitors can tour the Ashton spec, priced at $287,518, which includes predetermined options, a full basement, expanded family room, and wood fireplace. Walters Homes is now selling phase 8 with many oversized, corner and cul-de-sac lots still available.

New homes amenities include Energy Star appliances as well as a long list of standard features, including jetted Kohler whirlpool tubs in most of the master baths; 12” x 12” ceramic tile in the foyer; kitchen/breakfast nook; irrigation well for lawn sprinklers (houses are hooked up to city water); and a breakfast bay nook in many models.
