Nationally known hypnotist/comedian Dan LaRosa will perform at the Marine Academy of Technology and Environmental Science (MATES), 195 Cedar Bridge Avenue, Manahawkin on Friday, October 26. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are just $10 and must be purchased in advance. Lots of great food, desserts and beverages prepared by the Ocean County Vocational Technical School’s Culinary Arts programs will be sold.
LaRosa hypnotizes volunteers and transforms them into “stars on stage”. Visitors to the show will see Dan’s superstars fly a magic carpet, journey to a mysterious planet, speak an intergalactic language, sing like rock stars, dance the ballet, ride race horses, forget their own names and even become five years old.

Proceeds benefit the Ocean County Foundation for Vocational Technical Education. The Foundation provides scholarships and grant programs for the students and staff of the Ocean County Vocational Technical School district.
