While Veterans across the Nation are being honored, there are others that take advantage as imposters, frauds and fakes. If you truly want to show your respect and show our service members and veterans that we value the magnitude of their sacrifice, then call our Senators and ask them to support the Stolen Valor Act of 2011. This revised Act clearly targets and punishes those who misrepresent their alleged service with the intent of profiting personally or financially. These miscreants cause an awful damage in the wake of their lies most of which cannot be undone. Every self-respecting Veteran and American citizen I know would rather have this bill passed to preserve our integrity, honor and respect given to Veterans by the American people. If you truly want to honor a Vet, take 21 seconds of your time to call Senator Lautenberg at (202) 224-3224 and Senator Menendez at (202) 224-4744 and ask them to support this Act.
Elected democrats and liberal voters call Americans that support the miltary, flag waivers, nationalists, nazis, facists, war mongers, racists, xenophobes, rght wingers and chicken hawks. These are FACTS. ... Almost every single conservative or republican supports the military, the soldiers, and the US flag. Most liberals and elected democrats mock and despise the militay, the soldiers and the flag. Not all, but most. Thank you Veterans for your service. Thank you.
