Arts and Crafts Festival in Full Swing
Director welcomes beautiful weather this year
The Long Beach Island Foundation for the Arts and Sciences juried craft show is in full swing today, featuring more than 140 vendors.
Interviewed this morning, LBIF Director Chris Seiz said he was thrilled with the mild weather this weekend.
"Last year it was around 100 degrees, so this is great," he said.

The show features vendors with myriad crafts, including art, wood, glass and jewelry.
"This is a great place to find something special," Seiz said, noting that the crafts come in a variety of sizes, prices, and shapes.

The event is at the Foundation grounds, 120 Long Beach Boulevard, in Loveladies, and will be open until 6 p.m. tonight and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow.
