have a very bad experience with an oil change - the car leaked oil very slowly - I went back twice and twice they changed the filter - kept leaking and the third filter they put in I had a puddle of oil in my garage (on top of cardboard I put down)- went back the next day and they said there was nothing they could do for me and even inferred that how did they know that oil slick came from my car! The dealership told me that if these "quickie oil change" places don't use the correct filter it will leak because the shape of the seal is not the same as the Hyundai filter. They may have a great car wash system, but will never trust my car to them again. Oil slicks in my driveway and garage, countless hours going back to them to get it fixed, and they would not even refund me the oil change and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. Someone needs to teach them good customer service in a situation like this. Was I irate? You bet, and had every reason. They messed around with my 2013 car and could have possibly done engine damage with all the oil leaking all over. Will never go back there again, not even for a car wash.
