Good morning, all. Today is Friday, Jan. 13.

WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON:

Dan Nee's regular fishing report starts us off today, as he takes a look at the possibility of lighter regulations on sea bass in 2012.

EVENTS:

  • At 10:30 a.m., the in Toms River hosts Music With Friends: A Program for Children with Autism. The music and play program is offered as a place for families to network, gain support and build relationships while allowing children with special needs to express themselves in their own way. The program will also come to the Jan. 27 and Feb. 24.

 

WEATHER:

Windy weather on the way.

  • Today: A chance of showers before 7 a.m. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a temperature falling to around 38 by 5 p.m. Windy, with a west wind between 28 and 31 mph, with gusts as high as 46 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. 
  • Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 26. Windy, with a west wind 27 to 30 mph decreasing to between 17 and 20 mph.
