Free Slurpees Monday At 7-Eleven Locations
It's the 84th anniversary of the convenience store chain.
The 7-Eleven franchise is celebrating the 84th anniversary of the chain by giving away free Slurpees today, 7/11/2011.
Customers are invited to receive a free, 7.11-ounce Slurpee at any 7-Eleven location, while supplies last, according to a release from the convenience store chain.
“7-Eleven Day and giving away free Slurpee beverages is our way of thanking customers for their patronage throughout the year and showing appreciation for their support,” said Jesus Delgado-Jenkins, a 7-Eleven vice president, in a release.

The chain gave out more than 5 million Slurpee drinks last year and hope to give out at least the same number this year, according to the release.
There are 7-Eleven's located on Lacey Road in Forked River, on Main Street in Lanoka Harbor, on Long Beach Boulevard near the causeway in Ship Bottom, on North Bay Avenue in Beach Haven and at the intersection of Route 9 and Main Street in Tuckerton.
