Halloween enthusiasts of all ages will visit Waretown Lake for a haunted hayride this weekend and a party next weekend, all to benefit a good cause.
For just $5, riders will be treated to several skits surrounding the lake. The hayriders can then vote on the top skits. Winners will be treated to five cash prizes of $450, $250, $125, $75, and $50.
Next weekend, the Halloween fun continues as the Waretown Fire Company #1 opens its doors for a "Spooktacular Costume Party."
The 18 and over costume party will feature a DJ, cash bar, and music by the Party Crashers. Admission for this event is $15.
Proceeds from the events will benefit the fire company.
