Stafford Man Found Dead; Hurricane Sandy Ravaged House
Man, who was not identified, was 72; water intruded into residence
A 72 year old man was found in his storm-damaged residence Wednesday after stormwater had intruded 18 inches inside, police said.
Stafford Township police did not identify the man late Wednesday, but did say that Hurricane Sandy may have been responsible for his death.
The man lived in the township's Beach Haven West section.

"This is an ongoing investigation and more information will be released as it becomes available," police said.
Investigating agencies include the Stafford Township Police Department, Ocean County Prosecutors Office, Ocean County Sheriff’s Department Criminal Investigation Unit and the Ocean County Medical Examiner’s Office.
