Catch a Rising Star and Surflight Theatre's Comedy on Concert Series presents Colin Quinn.  Colin Quinn comes to the stage in his hit Off-Broadway show UNCONSTITUTIONAL where he tackles 226 years of American Constitutional calamities in 70 minutes.
On May 25th, 1787, fifty-five delegates in wigs and tights sat down to create a country from scratch. In 2013, Colin Quinn offers his unique comedic perspective on our national character.
