Walters Homes is kicking off midsummer sales with a Christmas in July event on Sunday, July 17, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. House hunters can find holiday-style deals on new townhomes at Whispering Hills. The event will be held at the sales office located at 304 Hawthorne Lane, Barnegat, just off Exit 67 of the Garden State Parkway. Complimentary refreshments will be served.
The one-day event will feature many valuable deals on new construction including a free finished basement and a free half bath. The first five buyers who make a deposit during the day of the event will be eligible for an added incentive-an extra $4,000 in options. Interested buyers can visit the Walters Homes Facebook page for an additional options incentive coupon. All offers are subject to change without notice.
Whispering Hills features energy-efficient townhouses ranging from 1,909 square feet to 2,191 square feet. Finishing the basement will bring the living space to more than 2,400 square feet. Four, two-story floor plans are now being offered, including one and two-car garage models. In addition, four townhouse models are open for tours.

Situated on 85 acres, the entire development is designed with energy conservation in mind. New townhouses are equipped with Energy Star appliances as well as a long list of standard features.
