Answer, we now have the very same company responsible for that corruption running the Sandy Grant program do you see a trend here? .. There first act send Fifty percent of the Plan Bs moneys out to the homeowners not the Contractors . Thats a potential 75,000 per home on Plan B of a max 150,000. and here the best part . They only have produce a contract of work costs . If they want the remaining fifty percent they have to prove they have finished the work .

Mean while homeowners that were forced almost to sign onto the Plan A RREM plan with uses Hud approved contractors requires homeowner to pony up a made up in the air number .. I still don't understand how they came to this little tool . So use your own contractor you get 75,000 to start .
Use Plan A ,your giving money to the RREM program . Does this make any sense ?

Most the claims in this pool are low income people . They Told me that the Fema money that was given me was to be used for this program .Not to help get my home safe to live in again which is what I did , Not to but clothes shoes clean out my house clean the area around my home 8 boats and three homes that exploded on my street . Not to replace washers and dryers fridge get my electric up and running buy tools to fix the home that where all lost . NoNo I was to set this money a side we were told was get us back in our homes. But for a grant program that didn't even exist ... Replace main beams under my home shore up the walls and replace Sheathing .Not use to pay the taxes on the home while im out work trying to fix my home while living in the shell of house it has become . Mean while not taking and Lodging money from Fema which by now would be in the 20.000 dollar range No No The little money they gave us the first weeks was suppost to be remarked for The RREM and remember they didn't exist .
They have now set up plan B home owners up so one they can get there 75,000 and then sell there homes and take the loot and move .
While Plan A home owners are supposed protected home owners are to finance this whole mess.. mean while towns are we under way spending there fortunes on absolute nonsense . One being the Two Community centers now Stafford says its needs after this . The other I just witnessed in Beach Haven a Two story beach house like structor at the end of center street.that blocks the entire entrance to the beach . Thats suppost to be bathrooms and lifeguard club house . Oh by the way the framers of that structure they receive 84 dollars a hour to frame a building that would take ten days at the best is going on two months now. Still the House count RREM program in New Jersey ZERO !!!!!

Federal officials are considering spending more than $1 billion of the remaining $3.6 billion of rebuilding aid on disasters other than superstorm Sandy, money that New York and New Jersey are banking on to finish repairs to thousands of homes and complete major infrastructure projects.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which is in charge of distributing the aid, believes that spreading the funds around to disasters other than Sandy is required by federal law, according to people familiar with the matter. New York officials dispute that interpretation.
