John S. Bellavita, 36, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2014.
He was born in Lakewood, NJ on August 25, 1977, to Thomas and the late Joan Bellavita.
He graduated from Southern Regional High School in 1995, where he was a part of the Varsity Soccer Team, as well as the Barnegat Soccer Club.
He was a master plumber at Quick Response Fire Sprinkler Company, and the owner of Bellavita Plumbing.
Along with his father, he is survived by Amanda Campbell Bellavita, his five daughters, Alexa, Briana, Allison, Sarah, Elizabeth, his grandaughter Faith, his siblings Timothy, Patricia, Kelly, Roseann and Michelle, as well as his many nieces and nephews.
He is also survived by Carleen and Ken Campbell, his mother and father-in-law, as well as his brother-in-law, Karl, and sister-in-law, Carleen.
Viewing Thursday, July 10 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Interment Friday at Barnegat Memorial Cemetery.
