BHW - The Forgotten Territory or Stafford Township

In BHW where Jennings Rd and Morris Blvd meet there once was a small park area that on nice sunny days you could walk your dog up to and get the newspaper and it was a quaint little area. Nowadays, it looks like a missile test site. Up until recent, large mounds of gravel, dirt and heavy equipment were staged here along with giant sewer/water pipes. Now our roads are torn to pieces and what remains are remnants of how our town typically handles things, half baked. I am fairly certain that if we lived next door to the mayor or anyone on the council this wouldn't exist. But we don't, we live in this forgotten area. Giant tread marks through the mud stained with oil & diesel where equipment leaked lace what once was a tranquil little spot. We're now on the precipice of the season and nothing appears to be happening with this and other similar areas of BHW.

Mr. Mayor, in our last town council meeting you stated that you needed us to be your eyes and ears. While in some senses I can understand this comment. But I was always taught to leave things better than I found them. I learned this from my parents, in Boy Scouts and as an avid outdoorsman. I would think that anyone who has worked in this area for the township, tearing up stuff and making an overall disaster of this area surely knows that this is a major eye sore and is an embarrassment to our neighborhood and town. Our pothole riddled roads are in need of serious repair. You also mentioned earlier in the year the $200M in ratables that you lost. Do you really think anyone wants to live in an area that looks like the day after the storm?

Since we are saving so much money by reducing our bond debt annually as is claimed, do you think that you can divert a little funding our way to get these areas in the least back to a usable area, remove the equipment and make it so it can look halfway decent?
