Column as submitted by Congressman John Runyan:
College affordability is often the greatest impediment to attending college for many young people and their families. The price of attending a two-year and four-year College has increased dramatically over the years.
For this reason, on Monday February 13, I am hosting a Financial Aid Seminar to educate college bound students and their parents about federal and state grants, loans and scholarship programs. The New Jersey Higher Education Student Assistance Authority will be in attendance to share information about state and federal programs, along with the New Jersey National Guard who will be available to discuss their financial aid programs.
If you know a student who will be attending college in the fall or a parent of a potential college student, please forward this information along.
Financial Aid Night:
Monday February 13, 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Burlington County College, Mt. Laurel Campus, 500 College Circle, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. In Room 320 – Laurel Hall.
Sincerely,
Jon Runyan
Member of Congress
