How would you feel if a local Police officer, parked his car in the street, left it RUNNING for 30 minutes to have lunch with ???. This is often not just once and awhile. 
Am I being silly? Or are they above the Law? Waste, emissions... I can think of a number of things wrong with it. How about you?
