Towers on Route 72 in Manahawkin

Does anyone know what the towers they are putting on Route 72 are about?  There is one at Marsha and 72, Route 9 and 72, one in front of Stafford Square and one near the intersection of Stafford Park Boulevard and 72.  What are they for?
