WE NEED THE PATCHES HELP OR ANYONE WHO IS A PHOTOGRAPHER.

Tomorrow it is going to rain and rain hard. There are a few businesses on Rt 9 that are being hurt by this gigantic puddle that forms. Puddle effects a place called The Manor House the worst. Not only is this bad for these shops but now it is a very dangerous place to drive by. Southbound traffic has to cross the center line or face a foot of water with the possibility of getting stuck. Northbound traffic has to drive on the shoulder to avoid head on collisions. We have contacted the D.O.T. since the town said it is a state highway and they can not do anything. We have yet to get any response. If you can draw some attention to this problem or get pictures anything we would really appreciate it.  Thank You for your time.   The addresses are 160 N.
