Barnegat Police Arrest Several Township Men On Outstanding Warrants

Barnegat police recently arrested three Barnegat men on outstanding warrants.

Patrolman Richard Carr arrested Dennis Roberts, 27, Barnegat on a no bail contempt warrant out of Manchester at 11 p.m. on May 6. Carr made contact with Roberts during a motor vehicle stop on Ensign Ave. Roberts was lodged in the Ocean County Jail.

On May 10th at 10pm, Patrolman Thomas Behrens arrested Stanley Chambers, 28, Barnegat on $2,639 in outstanding warrants out of Little Egg Harbor and Seaside Heights. Behrens made contact with Chambers while investigating a dispute call on Lexington Boulevard. Chambers was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of bail. 

 Patrolman Nicholas Dapuzzo arrested Torrence Franklin, 21, Barnegat on a $387 warrant out of Lakehurst at 4:22 p.m. n May 11. Dapuzzo was on patrol in the area of Lexington Boulevard, when he saw Franklin, who he knew to have a warrant. Franklin was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of bail.

I read that out of the 50 safest towns in New Jersey, Barnegat comes in at number 38. Sounds like a nice town to raise a family, yet there are posts here that make it sound like Barnegat shouldn't be anywhere on that list.

Sorry Piney mike that clown was what we call Doxing -- I think I was the target but he has been dealt with I will always take the side of free speech over what these kids call internet morality. Barnegat is not what it used to be.. It's not a place to raise kids .. Drugs are bad they are also every where you go.
