Barnegat Police Charge A Man With Prescription Fraud

A resident of Philadelphia was trying to fill a fraudulent script for oxycodone, police said.

Barnegat Police arrested a Philadelphia man last week, charging him with forgery and obtaining prescription by fraud, after a Walgreens pharmacist alerted the department, police said in a latest release.

Last Friday, June 8, at 8:15pm, Patrolman George Martin arrested Stephen
Krajci, 55, of Philadelphia, PA.

Martin responded to the Walgreens pharmacy on West Bay Ave after the pharmacist reported that Krajci attempted to fill a fraudulent prescription for oxycodone.

Krajci was lodged in the Ocean County Jail in default of $25,000 bail.
