A Browns Mills woman is facing driving while intoxicated charges after Patrolman Chris Steins arrested her after a motor vehicle stop on Dec. 5.
Cynthia Abroitz, 53, was traveling on West Bay Avenue at 7:25 a.m. when Steins stopped her on West Bay Avenue for failing to maintain the lane of travel, according to the police report.
Abroitz was also charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to use headlights when required, Her car was impounded for 12 hours, in accordance with John's Law, police said.
