Barnegat Police Charge Local Man With Drunk Driving

A Barnegat man is facing driving while intoxicated charges and motor vehicle offenses after Stafford police stopped him recently on Route 9, police said.

K-9 Officer Robert Armstrong stopped Kenneth Stetsor Jr., 35 at 10:23 p.m.on June 24 for failure to maintain lane, Lt. Keith Germain said.

Stetson was processed and released with summons for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to submit breather samples, Germain said.

Stetson's car was impounded for 12 hours in accordance with John's Law, he said.
