Brother And Sister Arrested In Southern Ocean County Heroin Distribution Ring

Two southern Ocean County residents were arrested this past week in a heroin and oxycodone distribution ring, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.

Sandra Wells, 41, of 632 Route 9 in Little Egg Harbor was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin under one half ounce with intent to distribute, possession of CDS (oxycodone), possession of CDS (88 oxycodone Pills) with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Keith D. Wells, 49, also of 632 Route 9 in Little Egg Harbor, was charged with possession of CDS (oxycodone) and possession of CDS (88 oxycodone Pills) with intent to distribute. Mr. Wells was released on a summons.

Keith and Sandra Wells, who was lodged in the Ocean County Jail on $40,000 bail with no 10 percent option, are brother and sister. 

On Oct. 11, investigators executed a search warrant for 632 Route 9 Little Egg Harbor at about 6 a.m. and seized approximately 200 individual dosage units of heroin, 88 oxycodone pills, a gram of MDMA Ecstasy and approximately $4,700 in cash.
