A 33-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested this weekend after his delivery truck brought a wire down in Harvey Cedars, police said.
At approximately 1:45pm, officers observed a low hanging cable wire across the roadway on East 82nd Street. Further investigation determined that a delivery truck had brought the wire down.
The driver, Steven Hampton, 33, Philadelphia, was operating the vehicle at the time had an active warrant out of Bernards Township Municipal Court. He was arrested, transported to police headquarters, processed and released.
