Harvey Cedars police recently arrested a man after a motor vehicle stop determine that he was driving under the influence, police said.
Officer Kevin Snow stopped Mark Shaw, 43, at 11:30 p.m. on April 19 near the intersection of Union Avenue and Long Beach Boulevard, according to police.
Shaw was taken to the police station, where he was processed and charged with DWI, reckless driving and failure to maintain lanes. He was released to a family member pending a future court date.
