The following were among the indictments handed up in Superior Court in Toms River this week:
- A Barnegat man and a Red Bank woman are charged by an Ocean County grand jury with dealing in stolen jewelry on Sept. 21 in Barnegat. David M. Petraccoro, 24, of Denville Street, Barnegat, and Lacy N. Steuer, 19, of Red Bank, are accused of having jewelry worth more than $500 that Petraccoro allegedly stole Sept. 20 in Barnegat and disposing of the stolen property the next day.
- Also indicted were John W. Silva, 47, of Red Coat Way, Barnegat, for hindering the apprehension of Sandra Mayfield on March 14 in Barnegat.
- David S. Isaksen Jr., 44, of Lexington Blvd., Barnegat, is accused of conspiring in Barnegat and Stafford on March 15 to get heroin by taking an unindicted co-conspirator to Stafford and providing the money used to buy the drug.
