Major Easter Fire In Beach Haven Under Investigation

A major fire that broke out early evening on Beach Haven is still under investigation by the county fire marshall, according to a representative from the fire department.

Numerous fire departments from Ocean County responded to the Easter Sunday fire, the source said.

The fire was located on Center Street, a main artery in Beach Haven and the home to several historic houses and a restaurant.

No injuries were reported in the blaze that broke out at approximately 5:26 p.m.

Officials would not comment further citing the fact that the fire is still under investigation. Patch will update as more information becomes available.
