A Forked River man stopped for traveling the wrong way on Route 72 will face DUI charges, Stafford police said.
Officers determined that Louis J. Acerra, 27, Pensicola Drive, was driving under the influence at 4 a.m. on Nov. 17. He was arrested and charged with DUI, police said.
Acerra was taken to Stafford police headquarters, where he was processed and released to a friend later that morning. He has a future court date in Stafford Municipal Court, police said.
