Manahawkin Man Arrested For Drunk Driving After Motor Vehicle Stop



Stafford police recently arrested a Manahawkin man for driving while intoxicated after they stopped him on Route 72 West and Lighthouse Drive.

Police stopped Charles M. Nolan, 53, at 10:28 p.m. on May 16 for failure to maintain lane. He was arrested for DWI and taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with numerous motor vehicle offenses.

He was processed and released, pending a future court date in Stafford Township Municipal Court, police said.
