Stafford Township police recently charged a Summerhill Drive man with possession of heroin after they found him lying on the ground near Leeward Road.

Robert Selwin, 24, was holding two wax paper folds containing a white-brown powder when police arrived, according to the police report.

He was taken to Stafford police headquarters, where he was processed, then taken to Southern Ocean County Medical Center for treatment of being under the influence of heroin, police said.
