Manahawkin Woman Arrested On Old Charges From Route 72 Traffic Stop

A 45-year-old Manahawkin woman was charged recently for having an outstanding warrant stemming from a Route 72 traffic stop, police said.

According to Stafford police:

On March 13, 2014, at approximately 10:49pm, 45 year old Cheryll A. Bromiley of Manahawkin New Jersey was arrested on the strength of a Body Warrant issued by the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office of New Jersey.  Bromiley was additionally arrested on the strength of a warrant issued by Barnegat Township Municipal Court in the amount of $500.00 and a warrant issued by the New Jersey State Police, Tuckerton Barracks, in the amount of $500.00.

The arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop that was conducted on Route 72 near Mermaid Drive in Manahawkin, New Jersey.  Bromiley was transported to Stafford Township Police Department Headquarters where she was processed and later transported to the Ocean County Jail, pending a future court appearance.
