A 44-year-old Manahawkin woman was arrested on drug and DUI charges while driving recently on East Bay Avenue, police said.
On Feb. 7 at 8:55 p.m., Stafford police arrested Constance Fellanto during a motor vehicle stop conducted on East Bay Ave in Manahawkin.
Fellanto was charged with possession of CDS and issued the following summonses. DUI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, open alcohol container in motor vehicle, CDS in motor vehicle. The arresting officer was Ptl. John Schweigart.
