Manchester Man Indicted for Trafficking Jewelry Stolen from Barnegat
Christopher Nichols one of three indicted on a number of theft and trafficking counts
A Manchester man was indicted last week for trafficking jewelry stolen from a Barnegat home, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Christopher Nichols, 30, was indicted by a grand jury in Monmouth County along with two other Ocean County residents on theft and trafficking counts that stemmed from multiple area burglaries.
According to the indictment, Nichols and two associates, Michael Guerino, 48, and Brandi Collins, 25, both of Toms River, stole an estimated $18,530 in jewelry and electronics from a Manalapan home on Feb. 15.

Guerino and Nichols were also both separately indicted for the third degree crime of trafficking of the stolen property.
Nichols was trafficking the jewelry stolen from Barnegat, valued in excess of $500, sometime between Feb. 15 and 23 of this year, the indictment said. Guerino was indicted for selling electronics valued at approximately $500 sometime in February in Toms River.
