A Barnegat man has been indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury on several drug charges, including possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute.
Steven A. Avallone, 34, Ravenwood Boulevard, was indicted this week for incidents in Howell Township in Monmouth County that took place on Sept. 4, 2013, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office.
Avallone was charged with possession of oxycodone, and possession of Xanax/alprazolam with intent to distribute, according to the indictment.
