Police recently arrested a Serpent Lane man on several drug charges after they found 56 Roxicodone pills during a search warrant execution.
Matthew Forrester was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with intent to distribute on Sept. 6, after police searched his house in the Ocean Acres section, his car and another vehicle, police said.
The arrest was made by Stafford Township Drug Enforcement Unit detectives. They were assisted by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Special Operations Group and the Barnegat Township police departments narcotics unit, police said.
Forrester was later transported to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in lieu of 50,000 bail pending a Superior Court appearance.
